What is corncealer.com’s refund & return policy?

Any product purchased on corncealer.com and shipped within the U.S. can be returned within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling fee of $6.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We do not accept international returns at this time.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
- Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.
How should I return products?
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@corncealer.com.
- Only products purchased on corncealer.com can be returned. If your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return.
What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
- Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, at support@corncealer.com. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
My order was returned, what should I do?
If your order is returned to us, please keep the following in mind:
- For both U.S. and international orders, shipping fees charged by the carrier for returning your package to our facility will be deducted from your refund. This deduction covers the cost incurred to return your package.
- The remaining balance of your order total will be refunded to your original payment method, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
My order was stolen, how can I get a refund?
- Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Once your order has left Corn-Cealer’s warehouse, it is under the care of the designated courier. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with the courier and follow their specific guidelines. We recommend reaching out to the courier promptly to resolve the issue.
- Both USPS and FedEx recommend waiting 14 days from the expected delivery date before considering a package lost. After this period, please contact the courier’s customer service team:

How long does it take to process a refund?
- It may take up to 10 business days from the time we receive and process your return for the funds to be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- You will receive an email notification once your return has been successfully processed.
