What is corncealer.com’s shipping policy?

  • We offer free standard shipping on all contiguous USA orders over $28.
    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of two business days. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we provide both Express and Standard shipping options for international orders. If available, you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees will be calculated in your selected currency and added at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.
  • Shipments will be delivered within 3-7 business days (for most countries) of order fulfillment at our warehouse.
  • Note, Corn-Cealer™ is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays once your package has exited the United States.

What about orders from Kenya?

  • We offer local delivery for orders shipped to Kenyan addresses. All Kenya orders are fulfilled by our trusted local delivery partner, Aquantuo, and delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.
  • Once your order is placed, an Aquantuo representative will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please ensure the phone number entered at checkout is accurate.
  • If you experience any issues placing an order for delivery to Kenya, feel free to contact us at support@corncealer.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping details, items, and quantities are accurate.

How can I track my order?

  • Most orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, except during holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If tracking details aren’t available yet, they will be updated once the carrier refreshes the shipping log.
  • For Kenyan orders, you will be contacted by phone within 24hrs after placing your order, to arrange a convenient delivery time.

I added the wrong shipping address to my order, what should I do?

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately, as we cannot offer refunds or re-ship orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Double-check your details before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
